Each year, around February, we take on a team of twelve unemployed adults who are seeking a new way of life - something energetic, inspiring, exciting and fun.

The project provides training, and work experience in Adventure Leadership over a 9 month period, leading to qualifications and employment. 

Starting from scratch, we help our trainee leaders gain leadership skills that they can put to use, helping others from their own community. As their experience and confidence grows, trainee leaders take increasing responsibility for the design and running of outdoor activities for over 2,000 disadvantaged young people each year.

We are now recruiting for the 2008 programme which will start in February. We will be running a taster day in late January. (The 2007 program finished at the end of November.)
